LTOC is coated on top of the touch unit (On-Cell Touch) process of OLED display panels. It prevents scratches caused by external physical impact and planarizes surface step differences, and blocks the permeation of moisture and humidity from above the touch panel (TP). It is a high-performance negative photosensitive low-temperature protective layer (LTOC) material designed to maximize device reliability. Based on a low-temperature curing system of 85°C or below, it effectively prevents thermal damage to the underlying organic light-emitting layer and substrate warpage during high-temperature processes. With excellent sensitivity and high-resolution patterning characteristics, it precisely controls the formation of fine patterns and accurate taper angles, maximizing the bonding of the upper electrode. In addition, it ensures excellent surface adhesion reliability to various inorganic metal substrates such as Ti and SiNx, and provides excellent chemical resistance to etchants and cleaning solvents in subsequent processes, suppressing peeling and cracking even in harsh environments. After curing, it maintains high visible light transmittance without yellowing, helping to improve panel gray scale and optical visibility. Widely used in high-resolution OLED and flexible touch-integrated display processes.
