It is a photosensitive material compatible with 365 nm i-line UV exposure, with the key feature that its post-curing temperature is significantly lower than that of traditional array novolac i-line photoresists. It is specially used in the yellow-light processes for organic functional layers in the back-end of OLED manufacturing, avoiding high-temperature damage to the emitting layer, flexible PI substrate and already-formed organic film layers.
